We learn the whole product
Good decisions come from context. We learn how the business works, what users need, and where the real constraints are.
The people behind the product
Priority Soft is a product, design, and engineering team of more than 20 people. We help founders and operators turn rough concepts into useful software, then support the product after launch.
Who we are
We work in small groups with senior oversight. You know who owns your product and can speak to that person without going through layers of account management.
Good decisions come from context. We learn how the business works, what users need, and where the real constraints are.
You hire us for judgment as well as implementation. We flag risks early, challenge weak assumptions, and recommend a better route when we see one.
Clear ownership, regular demos, and straightforward progress updates make it easy to know what is moving and what needs a decision.
How we work
Each product changes the details, but we keep the basics the same. You can see the work, give feedback, and know who owns each decision.
We start by learning the business, the users, and the problem. That gives everyone the same product context before delivery begins.
→Product direction
We turn the rough idea into user flows, priorities, architecture decisions, and a plan the team can deliver.
→Blueprint & scope
Designers and engineers work on the same release. We deliver it in useful parts, so you can review progress as we build.
→Working software
We use regular demos and plain updates to keep decisions moving. The team turns your feedback into specific work for the next release.
→Validated releases
We handle deployment, app store submissions, monitoring, and the final production checks.
→Confident launch
We stay involved after launch. We fix issues, study how people use the product, and help plan the next release.
→Ongoing momentum
The team
Product leads, designers, engineers, and delivery leads work together throughout the project.

CEO · Product & Software Development Lead
Boris leads the company and stays close to the work. On client calls, he asks the questions that turn a rough idea into a product the team can build. He owns the product direction and software strategy, flags scope and risk early, and stays involved when the team has a hard decision to make.

Head of Delivery
Uros turns open questions into a plan. He gets the work estimated, keeps progress visible, and sorts out handoffs before they cause delays. Clients work with him day to day, while Boris joins when the product or technical direction needs a decision.

UX/UI Lead
Alin is responsible for how the product works and feels. He questions the first solution, studies the people doing the job, and refines the interface until it is clear and good-looking. He gives the same care to customer apps and internal tools that people use all day.

Full-Stack Engineer
Alex can take a feature through the full stack. He builds the interface, the logic behind it, and the integrations around it, then gets it into production. He works with clients and their engineers, so they can get answers from the person doing the work.

Full-Stack Engineer
Peter builds software that has to hold up after launch. He creates clean interfaces and dependable services, works through difficult data and integration problems, and keeps clients close to the implementation. He takes responsibility for testing, deployment, and the fixes that follow real use.
Bring us the rough version
Bring us a product idea, an operational problem, or a half-finished build. We can work out the next step with you.
