These terms govern use of the Priority Soft website. If Priority Soft, LLC (“Priority Soft”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”) provides services to you, a proposal, statement of work, order, or other written agreement may contain additional or different terms and will control where it conflicts with this page.
Website use
The website provides general information about our capabilities, work, and services. You may use it for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or misrepresent your relationship with Priority Soft.
Case studies and informational content
Case studies describe selected work at a high level. They do not disclose every feature, implementation detail, commercial term, or client result. Content is provided for general information and is not a guarantee that another engagement will produce the same outcome.
Intellectual property
The website’s original design, text, branding, and other materials are owned by Priority Soft or used with permission. Client names, product names, trademarks, and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public pages but may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
Service hours
Where a client purchases a defined number of service hours, those hours are used only for work agreed by both parties in writing. The written agreement should identify the work, allocated time, deliverables, and relevant deadlines before hours are used.
Purchased hours are non-refundable except where Priority Soft fails to initiate communication or respond within sixty calendar days of the client’s last communication attempt, in which case the client may request a refund for purchased but unused hours. Changes in scope or additional hours must be agreed in writing and may be billed separately.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or embed services operated by third parties. Priority Soft does not control their availability, security, or content. Your use of those services is governed by the relevant provider’s terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priority Soft disclaims implied warranties concerning the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from website use or interruption.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above.
