Services

Design and engineering for your next product.

We help founders and operators define, design, build, and launch software. We can start with an uncertain workflow or an existing product that needs work.

Choose the help you need

Several ways to work with the same team.

Bring us the business problem, the existing product, or the gap in your team. We will help define an engagement that fits it.

How we approach the work

How we keep projects clear.

These principles come from years of discovery calls, design reviews, weekly project meetings, launches, and product support.

01

Make the product concrete early

We use workflow maps and working prototypes to find weak assumptions before they become expensive. You can review something you see and use instead of reading a stack of abstract requirements.

02

Cover the day-to-day operation

We include edge cases, administration, integrations, release constraints, and support work in the product model. Production software must also cover what happens when the ideal journey breaks.

03

Keep the feedback loop short

Clients review working software while changes are still small. We raise problems early, explain the options, and recommend the next move.

04

Leave clients in control

Clients own the code, infrastructure accounts, product knowledge, and documentation. They stay with us because the work is going well, not because we locked them into our systems.
